Hey guys, it has been a long time sine I last update my blog or I should say more then a month. I am kind of lazy and tired due to work man, unexpected OTs and training from the company. So when I reach home go online check my mails then goes to bed after that, I don't even have that extra energy to stay awhile more to blog. You might be wondering why during my off day I did not update right? I spent my time going out to relax and meet friends, doing some St. John stuff down in EVSS.
2 weeks ago I finally got my confirmation from my company but the sad thing is that there is no increment. It is so disappointing after working for more then 3 months in the company. There is lots of better job in terms of the S 11 sign and working hours out there. I'm just waiting for a good opportunity from else where after I get my bonus at the end of the year and one more bonus at the end of January which I guess will be at least 2 months. After that I will plan to change my job once the time is right.
This month I’m station at the jetty for work, the "Jetty man" who brings in all the big vessel and setting up all the connection to the ship. I enjoy being at the jetty although it is tiring when I have to cycle up and down from point to point but time pass really very first when there is vessel coming in. Work get so busy that you can hardly find time to eat, I had 2 times of experience that I only mange to go back to the pantry to eat my meal drink a cup of water then go back to the jetty again. The whole dam process to eat is just less the 10mins, that’s when the ship comes back to back to the same jetty.
Next good thing is that you can enjoy all weather out there, rain or shine, hot or windy, day or night. But the best part is the beautiful sunset in the evening and sunrise in the morning. It’s another 2 more night shift then I have my precious long weekend off day which I can spend with my love ones. Opps not for this coming Sunday which I need to attend the F1 race to cover first aid duty for the final day. Hope the time spent there is worth while.
